postproc filters need liboil to detect the cpu architecture
* ext/libpostproc/Makefile.am:
Update for liboil requirement, libpostproc being moved around in
ffmpeg mirror, and removal of unused header file.
* ext/libpostproc/gstpostproc.h:
Header file not needed anymore
