va: av1dec: Use named profiles to replace the numeric ones.
Use named AV1 profiles (i.e., main, high, and professional) to replace the old 0, 1, 2 profiles. Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/1456>
