* gst/speed/gstspeed.h:
Native HP-UX compiler dosn't seem to like enum typedefs before the
actual enum was defined.
* gst/vmnc/vmncdec.c:
Fix wrong usage of GST_ELEMENT_ERROR macro (#461373).
