glimagesink: make multiview none equivalent to mono

Fixes the internal viewconvert to not scale buffers for output with the
following pipeline:

gltestsrc ! glimagesink

It also fixes overlay composition with a resized output with an OpenGL
upstream:

gltestsrc ! timeoverlay ! glimagesink
