ci: Remove useless GIT_LFS_SKIP_SMUDGE and GIT_STRATEGY

GIT_LFS_SKIP_SMUDGE is not needed because we don't have git-lfs any
more.

GIT_STRATEGY is not needed because "fetch" is the default strategy.
