cerbero ci: Add hacks for build tools

Instead of putting a hammer-like symlink to ../../gstreamer/cerbero,
do recipe-specific relocation hacks. Fixes random errors like:

```
++ ln -sf /builds/nirbheek/cerbero ../../gstreamer/cerbero
ln: ../../gstreamer/cerbero/cerbero: cannot overwrite directory
```
