vkimagebufferpool: use gst_vulkan_format_from_video_info_2()
To get the number of images and its Vulkan formats for the GStreamer format. Also it gets the basic image usage by default if it's not defined. It fails if the video format is not supported. Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/4351>
