- changed timestamps to gint64 (*signed* 64-bit)

- changed timestamps to gint64 (*signed* 64-bit)
- updated buf->offset handling to deal with the -1 (0xffffffff) case
- added gst_buffer_span() and gst_buffer_merge (see -devel for details)
