analytics: Decouple GstTensor from GstTensorMeta
- To support transporting tensor as GstMeta, Analytics-Meta and Media we need to decouple GstTensor from GstTensorMeta. Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/6000>
