openslessink: Allow openslessink to handle 48kHz streams.

The most common audio sample rate in AV streams is 48kHz, and the most
common device output sample rate is 48kHz. This allows handing of 48kHz
input streams without resampling.

Remove comments about avoiding the use of 48kHz.
