Added the riff code into a seperate library in /libs dir. The plugin loader also checks the /libs path.
Original commit message from CVS: Added the riff code into a seperate library in /libs dir. The plugin loader also checks the /libs path. The avi parser now uses the riff library. WAV is broken.
