testsuite/Makefile.am: define tests_ignore
Original commit message from CVS: * testsuite/Makefile.am: define tests_ignore * testsuite/Rules: Added new tests_ignore, which get compiled, but not run (generally because they're inconsistent or have heisenbugs).
