Port libcdio cdda source, formerly known as cddasrc, now known as cdiocddasrc (fixes #323327). Should also read CD-TE...
Original commit message from CVS: * configure.ac: * ext/Makefile.am: * ext/cdio/Makefile.am: * ext/cdio/gstcdio.c: * ext/cdio/gstcdio.h: * ext/cdio/gstcdiocddasrc.c: * ext/cdio/gstcdiocddasrc.h: Port libcdio cdda source, formerly known as cddasrc, now known as cdiocddasrc (fixes #323327). Should also read CD-TEXT if available, but that's not tested (fixes #317658).
