API: add gst_bus_pop_filtered
Original commit message from CVS: * docs/gst/gstreamer-sections.txt: * gst/gstbus.c: * gst/gstbus.h: API: add gst_bus_pop_filtered API: add gst_bus_timed_pop_filtered Two new functions for waiting for specific message types on the bus for a specified amount of time without iterating any main loops or main contexts. * tests/check/gst/gstbus.c: Some tests for the new functions.
