glmemory: Only use glDrawBuffer if available
Otherwise fall back to glDrawBuffers. Also check if glReadBuffer exists before using it. glDrawBuffer does not exist for GLES, only glDrawBuffers does. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=782376
