dashdemux: tests: added test for download errors during header download
Test header download error. Let the adaptive demux download a few bytes, then instruct the GstTestHTTPSrc element to generate an error while the fragment header is still being downloaded. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=762144
