Home.markdown: remove handwritten navigation table I thought the images looked kind of cheap, plus I had no icon for the plugin writer's guide, which made me sad. Plus it duplicated the generated subpages table, admittedly there should be a way to tell hotdoc "shut up for this page I'm making my own nav", but that is another subject.

with the tutorials, or read the F.A.Q. if you don’t know what this is
