ext/soundtouch/: Make pitch element controllable via GstController interface (#344821). Check for GstController CFLAGS and LIBS. * tests/icles/Makefile.am: * tests/icles/pitch-test.c: (main): Add small test program for the above (welcome to the 80s!).
