gstreamer/gst/cothreads/README

I ripped the core out of GNU pth to provide cothreading for GStreamer. That's
what this package is. It was written by Ralf Engelschall. Plaudits to him, bug
reports to gstreamer-devel@lists.sourceforge.net.
