libs: touch marshal.list files to force rebuild after Makefile.am changes Force regeneration of marshal.[ch] files after prefix changes in Makefile.am, to avoid build errors for those of us who don't habitually make clean first.

Use the GST_TYPE_RTSP_RESULT enum type for the return value of the signal that the GstRTSPExtension interface emits, since G_TYPE_ENUM is abstract.
