* [feature] User-selectable preset themes

* docs, more theme stuff

* lint, tests

* fix css name

* correct some little issues

* add another theme

* fix poll background

* okay last theme i swear

* make retrieval of apimodel themes more conventional

* preallocate stylesheet slices
