Added `/local/` folder in `.gitignore` for developer personal files (rebuild, deploy with custom config, backups, sqlite databases, test curl query scripts, custom configs). In case of building, deploing, testing locally developer needs some folder for custom personal scripts, configs, data. `/local/` folder in project root is a good place to store all this files.
