f292b6061c
The internal vpp function and msdkvpp plugin are duplicated, so remove the internal vpp, please use msdkvpp plugin to do conversion if necessary. Part-of: <https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/merge_requests/4000>
