Adapt to no longer renamed ffi crates
...
Allows us to set all the crates in the main workspace file, so changing
their versions or branch is much simpler and reduce the amount of noise
in the diff

Make use of feature(doc_cfg) conditional on docsrs consistently
...
`feature(doc_cfg)` is turned on conditionally if `docsrs` is true in
most of the source code, but in some cases this isn't the case. This
change makes that consistent everywhere, fixing the doc build on stable
Rust.
Fixes #506 .

This keeps the number of duplicated panics all over the codebase lower
and reduces generated code size.

gl/{egl,wayland,x11}: Reexport gst_gl crate from root
...
It is common for GStreamer crates to reexport all their
(GStreamer-related) dependencies, and the GL windowing crates should not
be an exception to this rule. Furthermore EGL documentation references
`crate::gst_gl::GLDisplayType` in the crate root which would be
unreachable otherwise.
