d382227674 Remove YAML validation 
The YAML validation step is currently failing
on the chart directory. This commit removes the
YAML check.

ef902e0257 Fix text color in dark mode 
Currently when the browser has a dark theme enabled
the language selection dropdown has white text on a
white background that is un-readable.

This commit changes the dropdown select to have black
text on a white background.

ee9438446f Always show favicon 
Currently the LibreTranslate web app only shows
the favicon icon when the `LT_WEB=1` environment
variable is set. LT_WEB is used to disable
metadata by default to prevent search engines
from indexing private LibreTranslate instances.
This commit makes the favicon available even when
the metadata is disabled.
